Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”
Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” is the oldest and one of the most prestigious universities in Bulgaria, founded on October 1, 1888, in Sofia. The main university building was completed between 1924 and 1934. Today, the university campus covers 18,624 m² and includes 324 university buildings. A total of 14,000 students study in 15 faculties.

According to the Council of Ministers Decision No. 362 dated 05.06.2025:
Pharmacy (English): €6,700 per year
Medicine (English): €8,000 per year
Tuition fees are paid in two equal installments at the beginning of the first and second semesters.
The required documents for registration are prepared and submitted to our authorized office. After the documents are reviewed, they are sent to our Bulgaria office for translation. Once translated, the documents are submitted to the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for approval.
After 5 working days, the documents are collected from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the university pre-registration is completed. Subsequently, an application is submitted to the Bulgarian Ministry of Education to obtain the official permission document required for the visa application.
After a waiting period of 4–5 weeks, your permission document is issued and sent to you. With this document and proof of accommodation, you can apply for a Type D Student Visa.
After another waiting period of approximately 4–5 weeks, you receive your visa and your education process in Bulgaria officially begins.

Students applying for degree completion (transfer) must also provide all high school documents, since the registration process is still carried out based on high school documentation.
